228 106th PL NE Bellevue

The Terrapin, which is supported by the direct investment from the Amazon Housing Equity Fund will provide much needed workforce housing in the Puget Sound. The project will provide an undersupplied affordable housing alternative for individuals and small families who work in the downtown core who also wish to live there, reducing or eliminating commuting time while giving access to the rich amenities and resources of Downtown Bellevue.   The project will serve households earning between 60% and 80% of the area median income, which is the equivalent of $61,530 to $82,040 in annual income and will be maintained as affordable housing for 99 years.  The community will include an automated car stacker system, fitness room, resident lounge and workspaces, a rooftop amenity deck, and bike storage with repair and cleaning stations.

Construction of the project is expected to finish in the first quarter of 2026
